Services Provided:

Service staff:
Bryston's will provide service staff at no extra charge to properly execute your event for 125 people or more. Room setup is the responsibility of the client. Labour charges will apply for all full service events under 125 guests.

Labour will be charged out at $12.00/hour per Service Staff, $15.00/hour per Supervisors and $20.00/hour for Chefs

We recommend one service person per 20 guests.

Rental items:
Table linens and napkins are available on a rental fee basis. Tableware and glassware is also available for a rental fee. If tableware is provided, an additional charge for dishwashing will apply.

Bryston's is pleased to quote on special requests.
